Daniel Rose serves as Owner and Chief Customer's Officer of Rose Management Consultants (RMC). Daniel's experience includes over 15 years of building customer's success organizations from the ground up, developing lasting relationships, and advising on project plans throughout the customer's journey. Prior to starting RMC, Daniel built and managed several Customer's Success Teams, including creating the curriculum for customer's service and building the Customer's Service Squad (CSS) at Viewpoint (formerly Maxwell Systems).
Daniel founded RMC to continue to dedicate his career to the pursuit of delivering customer's satisfaction. From our mission statement, to the support you receive in every interaction, RMC's actions embody Daniel's experience and passion helping customer's gain the most value from their software investment.
Daniel is the father of 6 children, with the most recent bundle of joy joining the family during the 2015 Holiday Season. He is lucky to have found a partner, at home and in the office, with his legal advisor, consultant, and loving wife-Rebekah.
